Al-Taawoun held a workshop to explain the club's official strategy for the 2021-2022 sporting season, as part of the club's strategic plans to achieve the operational objectives in order to reach the strategic objectives, presented by Dr. Zuhair Al-Sumah, the club's strategy officer, in the presence of the president and members of the board of directors, the employees, the players and the coaches, in which he explained the general framework of the strategy, its main pillars, the main initiatives to reach the objectives and the work roadmap, in addition to balanced scorecards, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis to arrive at the key performance indicators, and the attendees' questions were answered and some aspects of the strategy were discussed .
