Al-Taawoun Continue Evening Preparations at Wolves Park
The Al-Taawoun FC first team continued its daily training this evening, led by Serbian head coach Vuk Rasovic, as part of its preparation programme for the upcoming commitments.
The team held its training session at 6:15 PM at Wolves Park, where the players began the training with warm-up and loosening exercises, before moving on to a set of varied fitness exercises, aimed at raising the level of physical readiness.
The training saw the goalkeepers take part in specific training with the goalkeeping coach, which included a number of exercises designed to develop the goalkeepers' technical and physical aspects.
On the technical side, head coach Vuk Rasovic had the players do a number of varied technical drills, in which he focused on applying a set of tactical phrases and technical ideas, along with working on speed of execution and movement on the pitch.
The team ended its training session with a number of technical exercises, with the players focused on carrying out the technical staff's instructions, in readiness for the upcoming commitments.
