Al-Taawoun Continue Preparations in Two Sessions Under Rasovic

The Al-Taawoun FC first team continued its daily training today, Saturday, led by Serbian head coach Vuk Rasovic, as part of its preparation programme for the upcoming commitments, through two training sessions, morning and evening

The team held its morning training session at eleven o'clock, in the gym, where the technical staff focused on the physical side, through a set of exercises aimed at raising the level of physical readiness and maintaining the players' fitness rates

In the evening, the team held its training at 6:15 PM at Wolves Park, where head coach Vuk Rasovic focused on the technical side, and had the players do during the session a number of varied technical drills, which included applying a set of tactical phrases and technical ideas

The team continues its daily preparations according to the programme set by the technical staff, with the aim of reaching the highest levels of readiness before the upcoming commitments.
