The training session began at 5:00 PM at the stadium at the delegation's residence, where the technical staff focused at its start on carrying out a set of fitness exercises under the supervision of the fitness coach, aiming to raise the players' physical level and regain readiness after arriving at the camp

The head coach concluded the training session by imposing a number of technical exercises, which saw great engagement from the players, and focused on applying a number of tactical aspects, as part of the programme set for the first day of the camp
