The Al-Taawoun Club football first team resumed its daily training this evening on the reserve pitch at King Abdullah Sport City, as part of the ongoing preparation programme in readiness for the upcoming fixtures.
The training session began with warm-ups to raise the players' physical rate, followed by fitness and technical exercises in which the coaching staff focused on improving the physical aspects and strengthening chemistry between the team's lines.
Part of the session was also dedicated to goalkeeper training under the supervision of the goalkeeping coach, where the exercises included work on reaction, positioning and dealing with crosses.
The team continues its training over the coming days according to the programme set by the coaching staff, aiming to reach the highest levels of technical and physical readiness.
