The Medical Department at Al-Taawoun FC held a specialized awareness lecture last night (Saturday) on doping and its harms, targeting the first team players, in cooperation with the Saudi Anti-Doping Committee
 

The lecture was presented by committee member Mr. Ahmed Al-Suwail, who reviewed in detail the side effects of using doping substances and their negative impact on a player's health and sporting future

He also touched on the list of prohibited substances under approved international regulations and explained the testing mechanism and the procedures followed in football competitions locally and internationally
 

This step comes as part of the club management's keenness to strengthen medical awareness among players and ensure their compliance with regulations, and to preserve a healthy sporting environment that reflects the club's professional values.
