Al-Taawoun FC first team head coach, Brazilian Chamusca, expressed his happiness at his team achieving an important and deserved win over Al-Qadsiah, stressing that the victory came after great effort from the players despite the short preparation period between matches

Chamusca said at the press conference after the match:

“We achieved an important win against a strong opponent with great capabilities, and despite the defensive start in the first half, we adjusted our approach in the second half and succeeded in imposing our attacking style and achieving the deserved victory

He added:

“The time was short between our previous match and this one, yet the players were able to adapt quickly and apply what was asked of them in the best possible way, and I thank them for their effort and discipline"

Chamusca spoke about the team's absences, saying:

“Today we played with a different lineup in the absence of Musa Barrow, Roman and Girotto, and other players were given the chance and proved their worth, and we trust all members of the team"

On the expected length of Musa Barrow's absence, he explained:

“The duration will probably not be short, and we will wait for the final test results to determine the length of his absence precisely"

He concluded his remarks by stressing that the team is on the right track, and that the focus will be on continuing the positive results in the coming phase.
