Al-Taawoun head coach, Brazilian Pericles Chamusca, spoke at the press conference following his team's match against Al-Khaleej in the King's Cup, stressing that the match was against a strong and well-organized opponent with distinguished players

Chamusca said:

“We played against an opponent we had faced before and we know well their strength and the quality of their organization on the pitch"

He added:

“They exploited a defensive error and managed to score the opening goal, but we came back well in the match and tried to equalize, but the chances did not turn into goals"

The head coach pointed out that the absence of some key players had a clear impact on the team's performance, explaining:

“Today we missed Romain Faivre and Musa Barrow due to injury, and they are players with major and influential roles in the team's system, and their absence left an impact on the result of the match"

Chamusca concluded his remarks by stressing his confidence in Al-Taawoun's players, emphasizing that the team will work to correct mistakes and prepare strongly for the upcoming fixtures.
