Al-Taawoun's Brazilian head coach Pericles Chamusca held a press conference following his team's win over Al-Fayha in Round 6 of the Roshn Saudi League, in which he expressed his happiness with the level shown by the players and the high spirit the team displayed throughout the match
 

Chamusca said: “We secured an important win against a strong and well-organized opponent. Al-Fayha are a team distinguished by their attacking transitions, but we managed to control their threat thanks to our defensive organization and tactical discipline"
 

He added: “I am happy with the start of the victories and the continuation of the positive results the team is achieving, and we aim to maintain this pace in the coming rounds"

The coach also explained that some players suffered fatigue in the second half, which led him to make several substitutions in order to protect the result and keep the performance stable

Responding to a question about the winning streak after the defeat in Round 1, Chamusca confirmed that he had spoken a lot about the circumstances of the first match and that the team is now in better condition, explaining that the defeat was a positive turning point for the team
 

On Musa Barrow's injury, Chamusca explained that the medical report has not yet been issued, expressing his hope that the injury will be minor and that the player will return as soon as possible to play with the team
 

He also noted that the absence of some players such as Romain Faivre and Flavio from the previous match against Al-Khaleej was due to technical reasons, stressing that everyone is expected to take responsibility and that high readiness is the main criterion for selecting the lineup
