Al-Taawoun's first football team resumed its training this evening at the club's Wolves Park stadium after the last match against Al-Okhdood in the Roshn Saudi League
The training session began with varied warm-up and fitness drills followed by recovery exercises for the starting players who featured in the last match, while the rest of the players played a practice match against Al-Taawoun's Under-21 team, aiming to raise technical and physical readiness and give the young players extra match experience
This preparation is part of the technical staff's programme, led by Brazilian Chamusca, to ready the players to continue the upcoming competitions amid a distinguished and enthusiastic atmosphere from all members of the team
The technical staff stressed the importance of the current phase in strengthening cohesion and balance among the team's members ahead of the coming fixtures, in which Al-Taawoun seeks to keep competing and deliver strong performances that satisfy its fans' ambitions.
