Al-Taawoun's first team resumed its daily training this evening at the club's stadium in the city of Buraidah, led by national head coach Captain Mohammed Al-Abdali, in preparation for the upcoming match against Al-Orobah next Monday in the league
Training began at 7:20 pm, with the session starting with a group warm-up aimed at preparing the players physically, followed by intensive fitness drills to strengthen physical readiness, in addition to a number of recovery exercises to restore energy and shake off the effects of fatigue, especially after the recent matches
The technical staff is keen to prepare the players technically and physically, to ensure a positive result in the next match amid continuous administrative and fan support that reflects the importance of the current stage of the season
It is worth noting that Al-Taawoun seeks to continue its positive results and achieve an advanced position in the table, given the balanced performance the team has delivered under Al-Abdali's leadership since he took over coaching duties.
