The Club Licensing Committee at the Saudi Professional League announced today, Thursday 15 May 2025, that Al-Taawoun has been granted the domestic and Asian licence for the 2025-2026 sporting season, after meeting all the mandatory criteria required under the club licensing regulations

The decision came during the committee's official meeting, which confirmed that Al-Taawoun had met the specified conditions and criteria, which include the sporting, infrastructure, administrative, legal and financial aspects, enabling it to take part in domestic and continental competitions next season

Al-Taawoun obtaining this licence is evidence of its commitment to the professional standards adopted by the Saudi Professional League, which strengthens its readiness and its organisational and technical stability in the coming phase.
